Program Description

As part of the Learning to Earning program, IACO will deliver a market-driven agricultural vocational training and livelihood activation program for youth and women in the Aleppo countryside, particularly in Al-Bab and Manbij. The program will combine practical agricultural training for olive farmers, food processors, livestock breeders, and dairy producers—including cheese and yogurt processing—with short courses in agri-tech, business and financial literacy, agricultural product marketing, digital literacy, e-commerce, and safe food-handling standards. Participants will also benefit from on-the-job learning and direct livelihood input kits, enabling them to apply their skills, strengthen production, and access income-generating opportunities.
