About Sanad Youth Foundation
Sanad Youth Foundation for Development is a Syrian non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2017 under the registration number 2632. Guided by its Theory of Change “Empowered, capable, and proactive youth shaping their own future” Sanad Youth works across four pillars: youth economic empowerment, civic engagement, access to resources, and skill development. Over the past 10 years, Sanad has become a leading national actor in vocational training, livelihoods support, and youth engagement, with a growing focus on inclusive digital and freelance employment.

Program Description
As part of the Learning to Earning program, Sanad Youth Foundation will deliver the Freelancers Hub, an AI-integrated digital skills and career-readiness pathway designed to strengthen young people’s access to digital and freelance employment. The program will provide training in Front-End Development, Back-End and Database Development, AI-Integrated Web Solutions, Graphic Design and Visual Identity, UI/UX and Product Design, Motion Graphics and Video Production, and Digital Marketing and Analytics. By combining technical training, real-world projects, and structured on-the-job experience, the program will link learning directly to income-generation opportunities through remote work, freelancing, and short-term contracts.
