RPS MENA is a social impact consulting, training, and research firm headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon, with a regional footprint across the MENA region. Program Description
As part of the Learning to Earning program, RPS MENA will deliver a career-readiness and project management pathway for vulnerable Lebanese youth and refugee, combining soft skills training with internationally aligned project delivery competencies. The program will cover global labor market trends, the impact of technology and automation, sustainability, resilience and adaptability, and professional development, while responding to growing demand for PMI-aligned skills across Lebanon’s infrastructure, NGO, and reconstruction sectors. By expanding access to internationally recognized certification pathways, the program will support participants in entering project-based roles with clear progression opportunities into supervisory and leadership positions. Psychosocial support will also be integrated to strengthen resilience, retention, and workplace performance in a high-pressure, crisis-affected context.
