About Hand
Human Aid and Development (HAND) is a Lebanese NGO operating since 2019 across Lebanon and Syria in TVET, Education/Child Protection, Shelter, WASH, and Basic Assistance. We run multi-hub training with certified trainers/assessors and standardized OSH, safeguarding/PSEA, and MEL systems. Our mission is to help crisis-affected people secure dignified, sustainable livelihoods through market-relevant skills and verifiable competence.

Program Description
As part of the Learning to Earning program, Hand Organization will deliver competency-based TVET across construction and finishing trades, healthcare, logistics, hospitality, and Cisco-certified digital skills, equipping crisis-affected communities with market-relevant and verifiable competencies. Training in areas such as plastering, painting, electrical works, and electronics will be designed in response to identified labor market demand and delivered in partnership with industry, creating direct pathways from skills development to employment.
