About Orbit Aluminium Industry​​ 

Orbit Aluminum Industries, established in 2015, is a regional leader in producing customized aluminum materials for building structures, corporate identity systems, and specialized products for transport and mobile home applications. The company’s strategic location in Aqaba positions it to serve markets in the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
As part of its industrial expansion through the new Rolling Mill Project, Orbit is launching an Internal Training Center to equip refugees, youth, and women with industry-recognized skills in aluminum manufacturing, green construction, and metal processing. The initiative aims to bridge the local skills gap in Aqaba and create direct employment pathways within Orbit and its supply network.

Program Description

As part of the Learning to Earning program, Orbit Aluminium Industry will deliver employer-led vocational training in rolling mill operations and related industries, equipping refugees, youth, and women with industry-recognized skills in aluminum manufacturing and metal processing. The training will combine hands-on factory experience with classroom-based learning and will cover casting, finishing, quality control, occupational safety, and maintenance, alongside digital and financial literacy, career readiness, soft skills, and basic technical and workplace English for industrial settings. The program will be embedded within Orbit’s Rolling Mill expansion and production lines to provide participants with practical exposure to real industrial operations and workplace requirements.​
