About Madrasati
Launched by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah in 2008, Madrasati (“my school” in Arabic) is a Royal Initiative and trusted national partner to the Jordanian Ministry of Education (MoE) offering quality education practices and social innovations to improve Jordan’s most underperforming schools as a national responsibility.
Operating as a catalyst for change, Madrasati’s vision is to realize children’s future potential by shaping the education we invest in today. With a network of 1,301 public schools reaching 640,000 students (+57% girls) and 40,000 educators, our mission is to transform education – not just within the walls of a classroom, but across communities, systems, and generations.

Program Description
As part of the Learning to Earning program, Madrasati will deliver a comprehensive employability pathway focused on vocational education, combining career guidance and decision-making, employability and soft skills, CV writing and interview preparation, labour market awareness, digital literacy and introductory AI skills, green jobs awareness, and freelancing and gig-economy basics. Delivered in partnership with the Ministry of Education and private sector employers, the program will complement classroom-based learning with practical workplace experience through structured internships and mini-projects supported by employer feedback. Participants will complete an integrated learning-to-earning journey that strengthens career readiness, digital capabilities, and work-based skills.
