Rama
Rama has always dreamed of becoming a doctor, driven by a deep desire to serve her community.
“There were times I feared I wouldn’t be able to continue my education,” she recalls.
Support from the Al Ghurair Education Relief Fund changed everything. It gave her the stability and confidence to continue her studies and pursue her specialization in gynecology and pediatrics.
Fathi Joudeh
Fathi Joudeh, a medical student from Gaza, has faced a journey marked by immense challenges—from adapting to remote learning during the pandemic to being displaced by war and losing his home and loved ones.
Despite being scattered across different countries and struggling to continue his education, he never lost hope.

Abdul Majeed’s Story
Abdul Majeed, a young Palestinian from Gaza, pursued his studies in anesthesia in Turkey, facing significant challenges from the very beginning—learning a new language, adapting to a new environment, and later coping with the psychological and financial pressures brought on by war.

Moaaz’s Story
“When we arrived in Egypt, I didn’t know what the future held,” Moaaz shares.
Unable to afford continuing his education, he worked informally until he learned about support from the Al Ghurair Education Relief Fund.
Today, he is completing his internship at Mansoura University and moving closer to achieving his dream of becoming a doctor.
