As part of the Learning to Earning program, Orbit Aluminium Industry will deliver employer-led vocational training in rolling mill operations and related industries, equipping refugees, youth, and women with industry-recognized skills in aluminum manufacturing and metal processing. The training will combine hands-on factory experience with classroom-based learning and will cover casting, finishing, quality control, occupational safety, and maintenance, alongside digital and financial literacy, career readiness, soft skills, and basic technical and workplace English for industrial settings. The program will be embedded within Orbit\u2019s Rolling Mill expansion and production lines to provide participants with practical exposure to real industrial operations and workplace requirements.\u200b<\/p>\n
