She participated in sessions on carpentry, refrigeration, and air-conditioning, discovering new interests and gaining confidence through real-life learning experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #001a70;\">One defining moment came during a carpentry workshop, where an activity on overcoming shyness helped Sara see her own strength and potential.
