The rapid assessment identified what they can use in terms of technology, skills needed, challenges faced and time commitment. As a result, ULYP created self-paced lessons &#8220;Skills and Drills\u201d that are sent virtually through low bandwidth apps. The lessons include pre and post-tests and focus on prepping students for the official exams. Through repurposing of funds, ULYP provided all CHANGE students\u200b with internet cards.
